Do you take insurance?
I do not take insurance. If you wish to use your insurance, please contact your insurance company about using my services as an out-of-network provider. I am happy to provide you with a receipt of services that you can submit for reimbursement.
Where do I start?
I offer free 15-minute initial phone consultations so we can get to know each other a bit and I can answer any questions you may have.
How long are the appointments?
The initial visit is usually 45-50 minutes in duration. Subsequent sessions are typically 45 minutes long.
Where are you licensed to practice?
I am licensed in NJ, NY, MA, and VT. Per the Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology, I am also credentialed to see clients via telehealth in DC and the following states: AL, AZ, AR, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, ME, MD, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV, WI, & WY.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you do not appear for your scheduled appointment and you have not notified me of your need to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full session rate. It is important to note that insurance companies do not provide reimbursement for missed sessions.
